ACCOMMODATION

How do I book a room. and what are the check-in and check-out times?
You can book a room by emailing the venue manager @ LangDeMounMon@gmail.com, using the subject: Booking Request; or calling us at: +27 064 802 5802.
Check-In: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm; Check-Out: 07:00 am – 12:00 pm. Times outside of these can be discussed with prior notice. Unconfirmed late check-outs will incur a fee of R300 per hour or part thereof.

Can I book a room if I'm not a member?
LDMM offerings, including room hires, will be open to the public until its membership quota is at capacity.

What types of rooms do you offer.
LDMM offers 1 King Suite with an elegant en-suite bathroom and fireplace, and 1 Standard double room with natural garden views and an adjacent bathroom with shower. Both rooms are equipped with a TV with DSTV, microwave, mini fridge, tea/coffee station.

Is there a deposit needed to book accommodations?
There is no deposit needed for members. LDMM is a member-only space. However for 2023, it is open to the public and a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and balance payable on arrival.

Which airport is closest?
O.R Tambo International Airport approximately 18km from LDMM. We can arrange airport pick-up upon request.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas. No smoking is permitted in the rooms.

Do you offer added extras for romantic evenings or other special occasions?
We have a range of options available. Contact our reservations department to book a romantic turndown, picnic package or birthday cake to add some flair to your stay.

How are children accommodated?
A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age per room can share with two adults sharing, on sleeper couches/extra beds (subject to availability).
Children aged 13 years and older are classified as adults and pay 30% of the room rate if sharing.

Do you have fireplaces in the rooms?
Our King suite and artist residency room do have fireplaces. Additionally, fireplaces are available in the restaurant area and library room.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel before the official check-in time?
Luggage storage is available for hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Also, guests can still use facilities during the day of the check-in and check-out.

Does the hotel provide international adaptors?
Yes, these are available from reception, subject to availability.
VENUE AMENITIES

What amenities are available?
Members can enjoy use of our tennis/basketball court, sizable pool, recording studio at a discounted rate, future sauna, and health and wellness services at a discounted rate.

Do you offer complimentary Wi-Fi?
Uncapped Wifi is available inside the house. Outside, the signal decreases considerably. However due to loadshedding, this is often compromised.

Are pools heated?
No, our pool is not heated. However, this will be a future feature.
SACRED TABLE RESTAURANT

What are your restaurant and bar hours?
Continental breakfast is served from 7:00 am – 10:00 am. The restaurant is open from 11am - 8pm and can be patronized at your discretion and own cost.
Our bar opens at 12:00 pm and closes at 8:00 pm. Additional hours are available upon request.

Do you offer Halaal or vegan meal options?
We do offer these meal options. While we are not Halaal certified, but with prior arrangement with management, a plan can be made to accommodate most dietary preferences. As a part of a member’s profile, LDMM is made aware of personal menu desires in addition to our house menu.

Do you offer room service?
Room service is not offered as a standard service, but can be requested by prior arrangement. Guests are not permitted in the kitchen area as a safety precaution. Should a guest require something, please locate a team member for support.

How do I become a member?
Looking to join The LDMM community? Please visit our website membership portal and select which level you are interested in and follow the prompts from there. Once complete, our membership team will reach out to officially welcome you to the family and answer any questions you may have.

When does my membership start?
Memberships start immediately and renew on the same day each year.

Do you offer corporate membership?
Yes. You can request a corporate membership by completing the Membership Request Form on the website.

Can I share my membership with my spouse?
We do not allow Members to share their Membership with their spouse. All memberships at LDMM are individual and non-transferable. However, we plan to introduce a Family Membership in the near future.

How is membership billed?
All memberships are billed automatically via debit orders (recurring payments). VIP and Corporate Memberships are billed quarterly or annually. All other memberships are billed annually.

How can I update my billing information?
You can update your billing information within your online Membership Portal. Please contact LangDeMouMon@gmail.com for all billing inquiries.

How do I cancle my membership?
All memberships are annual and cannot be canceled before the end of the annual term. All cancellation requests must be made 30 days prior to the renewal of your membership contract. Please contact the membership team to request a cancellation at LangDeMounMon@gmail.com and a member of the team will reach out to assist you.

How many guests can I bring to an event?
We invite you to bring your guests to experience events at LDMM. Please note: each event’s guest policy varies, so be sure to verify special requests with the venue and marketing manager.. Check your Member Portal calendar for individual event details, and reach out to events@langdemounmon.com directly if you have any questions about a specific event's guest policy.

Can I park at LDMM?
Yes. We offer free valet to our VIP and Corporate members. There is limited parking on the property itself. Street parking available for all other guests. During operation hours, special events, and to members being accommodated, we have car guards to ensure the safety of vehicles.

Can I bring food from outside?
No outside food or beverage (including liquor) is allowed at LDMM.

Can I tour the space?
We'd love to show you around our space. Check our events calendar to reserve regularly scheduled tours. Call or email to schedule a tour.

What is you pet policy?
LDMM is pet friendly. Pets [small to midsize animals] are allowed at LDMM as long as the pet is up-to-date with all their shots. Notify staff you are bringing pets upon reservation. No exotic or dangerous animals allowed. All dogs must be well-groomed, house-trained, and obedient. Animals are prohibited from restrooms and designated food and beverage areas. Animals are not permitted on the furniture and required to be on a leash at all times on the property and communal areas. All animals must be registered in advance.
